COVID-19 Update

To our customers, 

We're working hard to make changes to comply with the government regulations and implement changes to our COVID Safe Plan. Plant Direct has been classified as a permitted work premise so we can continue to trade with changes to our operations. 

Dispatch Time
We are required to reduce our workforce which means that our order fulfilment process will be impacted slightly with a longer dispatch time. This will remain as fast as possible with our estimates being that orders will be dispatched within 2 - 3 days. 

Metro Melbourne Local Delivery
We now have a larger local delivery option. We have repurposed some of our team to do deliveries across all of Metro Melbourne so we don't need to send all orders via Australia Post. This will get your plants to you quickly and safely. You can select this delivery option at checkout for $9.95.

Melbourne Click & Collect 
We now have a click and collect option from our store in Cranbourne West, Melbourne. Commencing Monday the 17th of August you'll be able to select this option from checkout. Once your order is confirmed for click and collect you can collect your order between the hours of 12 pm - 3 pm Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. A phone number will be provided and we'll bring your order to your car contactless.  

Australia Post Delivery Orders
Australia Post is also severely impacted by the situation here in Victoria, they are now delivering across 7 days and parcel processing facilities are operating 24/7. With these changes, delivery times will still be delayed due to the increased volumes, reduced staff and reduced flights. Your plants will still be sent via the Express Post service which is being prioritised over regular parcels. We estimate that orders may be delayed by 1-3 days. Our plants are sent in soil and pots so they can travel for this long, your plants will still arrive healthy and safe!
